After an offer completion, Party Tok'ins are typically rewarded within a few hours by our advertising partner, ironSource.

We recommend that as soon as you start an offer, check its status to ensure it's being tracked.

To check the status of your offers:

• From the Offerwall, select "IN PROGRESS"
• Not seeing what you're looking for, select the three dots in the top left and tap on 'Contact support'

• If the offer is not listed, it is not being tracked at all so you should try a different offer.
• If the status says "Ongoing (waiting for advertiser's approval)" then it shouldn't be much longer for your Party Tok'ins to be credited!
• If the status says Rewarded but you haven't seen the Party Tok'ins, submit a ticket to our Support team so we can check your history of Party Tok'ins earned from the Offerwall.
• If the status says something other than Pending or Completed, or it's been in Pending for quite some time, you will need to contact the advertiser as they run these offers. Use the Contact Us in the Offerwall menu.
