If you're trying to recover an old account that was linked to your Facebook account, the Support team can try to find it via your Facebook ID.
To get your Facebook ID:
- You must use a web browser (not app on your phone)
- Open Facebook
- Go to the drop down arrow at the top right
- Click on "Settings" in that drop down
- Go to "Apps and Websites" (left menu)
- Search in the box at the top right for the game and click on it once it appears
- Scroll down to where it says Your User ID is and click the button to copy the ID
