We have two options for you: 

  • Temporary Account Freeze
  • Permanent Account and Personal Information removal

Sometimes everyone needs to take a break, if you're wanting to step away from the game but think you might come back, we encourage players to request to freeze their account - that way they can come back and enjoy from where they left off! Reach out to us at support@kanoapps.com and feel free to let us know if we can help at all.

To delete your account simply send a request from your account email to support@kanoapps.com with either your Player ID + Player name, or a link to your player profile.  This request is non-reversible so be 100% sure before sending this request.
