📌 General Steps (Works for All Email Services)

Step 1: Add Us to Your Contacts Add notifications@kanomail.com to your contact list. This tells your email provider we’re safe.

Step 2: Check Spam or Junk Folders If our emails are missing:

  • Go to your Spam or Junk folder

  • Find an email from notifications@kanomail.com

  • Open it and click “Not Spam” or “Move to Inbox”

Step 3: Enable Images If the images look broken:

  • Open the email

  • Click “Display images” or “Always show images from this sender”

 

📧 Gmail

  1. Add to Contacts

    • Hover over our name or email address in any email.

    • Click “Add to contacts” in the popup.

  2. Mark as Not Spam

    • Open Gmail, go to the Spam folder.

    • Find an email from notifications@kanomail.com

    • Click “Not spam”

  3. Enable Images

    • Open our email.

    • At the top, click “Display images below”

    • Or click “Always display images from notifications@kanomail.com”

 

📬 Outlook (web & desktop)

  1. Add to Safe Senders

    • Click the Settings gear > View all Outlook settings

    • Go to Mail > Junk email

    • Under Safe senders and domains, add:
      notifications@kanomail.com

  2. Mark as Not Junk

    • Go to your Junk Email folder

    • Right-click the email and choose “Mark as not junk”

  3. Enable Images

    • Open our email

    • Click “Download pictures” at the top, or choose “Add sender to safe senders list”

 

 

🍎 Apple Mail (Mac & iPhone)

  1. Add to Contacts

    • On Mac: Right-click the sender's email > Add to Contacts

    • On iPhone: Tap the sender > Add to VIP or Create New Contact

  2. Mark as Not Junk

    • On Mac: Open the email in Junk > Click “Move to Inbox”

    • On iPhone: Tap Move Message > Inbox

  3. Enable Images

    • Open our email

Tap or click “Load Remote Images”
