When this error message comes up it usually means your device's connection has cut out with our game. This can be due to a weak WiFi connection.
Please try the following troubleshooting to help get you back into the game and playing:
Reboot Your Device
- power off your device for 30 seconds and power back on
- reconnect to WiFi
- load up the game
Uninstall/Reinstall the Game (iOS) or Clear the Cache (Android)Clear Cache
1) Tap the Settings icon on your device
2) Tap Apps
3) Scroll down and find the game and tap on it
4) Tap Storage
5) Here you can clear the cache
Reboot Your Router
- unplug it for 30 seconds and plug it back in
- reconnect to WiFi on your device
- reload the game
