If you're trying to recover an old account that was linked to your Facebook account, the Support team can try to find it via your Facebook ID.

To get your Facebook ID:

1. You must use a web browser (not app on your phone)
2. Open Facebook
3. Go to the drop down arrow at the top right ​
4. Click on "Settings" in that drop down
   
5. Go to "Apps and Websites" (left menu) ​
   
   ​
6. Search in the box at the top right for the game and click on it once it appears
7. Scroll down to where it says Your User ID is and click the button to copy the ID
