Having your User ID handy is very useful -- It allows the Support team to find your account in their system!
This means they can transfer your game to a new device or simply locate your account in order to assist with an issue/question.
It's a good idea to go take a screenshot to save now, even if you're not planning on contacting us right away.
To get your User ID:
- Tap the gear icon at the bottom right
- Your User ID is displayed at the bottom - use the button to copy it to your clipboard and paste it in an email or chat, or take a screenshot to attach it in an email to support!
