Ideally, link your account on your original device to Facebook, Google Play Services, or Apple Connect. That way, when you log into the same account on a new device, your game account will be found and you will be able to play cross-device without issues.
If that's not possible, we can manually link your original game to your device if:
- You have the User ID of your original game
- You have the User ID of your new game
Just submit a ticket with the above information and we'll help you out.
To get your User ID:
Tap the gear icon at the bottom right and it's displayed at the bottom of that Settings screen. Tap the 'Copy ID to Clipboard' button and paste it in your email!
Note: If you're struggling to find your previous User ID or no longer have access to that device, we may be able to find it using your Facebook ID (If you've connected your game to Facebook) or using a Transaction ID from a previous Google Play purchase. Knowing the model of your previous and current phone, as well as the location from which you're playing (city, state/province, country) can also help.
