If you find your automated Stadiums have stopped making Cash in the Main Game or during an Event, there are typically three causes:

  • Your device's time was changed manually
  • You traveled through one or more Time Zones
  • Your area is going through a time change for daylight savings (also known as summer/winter time)

A more rare reason is just a glitch in the game and rebooting your device resolves it. Please be sure you're always fully closing out your game after each play session and not leaving it open in the background on your device.

If rebooting does not help, then we usually assume your device's time changed due to one of the above scenarios.

If you changed your device's time manually, there are 3 options to get your game working again:

  • Complete the current Episode you're on (if you're able)
  • Wait until real time catches up to the time you changed your device to (whether it was manual or automatic change)
  • We can reset your game back to Episode 1 if you submit a ticket

If you did not change your device’s time manually, submit a ticket to our team as soon as possible and we will take a closer look at your account.
