Oh no! Please try the following to see if it helps resolve the issue:
- Restart your device.
- If you're on Android, try clearing the cache by going to Settings -> Apps -> Sports Playoff Idle Tycoon -> Storage
- Try loading the game on another network connection (ie: a different Wi-Fi network or on Cellular).
- If you're on iOS, try a quick uninstall and reinstall to see if it helps. Don’t worry, this won’t affect your game’s progress!
You may also want to try clearing up some space on your device. Remove old photos, videos or apps you're no longer using to help with this.
If you're still having issues loading, please check Google Play or the App Store to ensure your device is on the latest OS version.

- How far does the game load? (Please attach a screenshot in your reply if possible)
- Make and model of your device (ex: iPhone 6C)
